On Friday, February 14, I visited this institution for the last time. The quality of the dishes has completely deteriorated, if you take in comparison even a year ago. Pizza dry, without filling, filled with mayonnaise. There was no full landing in the hall. We waited for the rolls for 1 hour 20 minutes, while others were served a little faster. At the bar, a girl named Maria Hamlo, who is not customer-oriented and apparently does not understand anything in the field of catering. Home delivery was also arranged around 20:45. And it was a record that a portion of rolls and one pizza were delivered to our house for three hours (without exaggeration). Delivered literally before the closure of the institution. The manager needs to work with employees, increase staff or correctly distribute functionality, because the cafe can’t work during peak hours, delivery takes a long time, and if there was a full landing, then they can generally be closed. Do not waste money and nerves. Ti amo went bad. Even the atmosphere inside was previously cozier. It’s better to order pizza from Gangway or spend time in another place. Here you, the guest, and not the client, as Maria told us at the checkout, so do not care when you receive your order and with what quality.
