I repaired two suitcases here. There were no problems with the first one - it was necessary to replace the wheels, which the employees coped with successfully (therefore, the assessment was not 1). With the second suitcase, the story is more interesting. They needed to replace the handle and hem the fabric. When he came for the first time, the pen was replaced, but forgot to hem. Well, okay, they promised to finish, on that and went their separate ways. Come the second time, take away. At first glance, everything seems to be in order, but at home with a more detailed examination it turned out that the internal plastic side plate (under the fabric) cracked in several places, and in some places rather seriously. Before the repair, the suitcase at home was visually and tactilely examined (in sufficient detail), and no such damage was found. In the workshop they were immediately excited and said that they were repairing their suitcases, but they did not break them, they said that I myself gave it away. But when asked why they didn’t tell me about these damages (if I knew about them, I wouldn’t repair it), they say that I ordered only the replacement of the handle and the sewing, and not diagnostics, I generally fell into a stupor (An analogy can be made: a car arrives at an auto repair service to change a wheel, the master unscrews it, sees a huge crack at the wheel attachment site, and, ignoring this fact, simply puts a new wheel and lets it go; asked me to talk about faults). Even if we accept that the suitcase had already been damaged before the repair, I should have at least informed about it. Of course, they refused to refund me. In general, I recommend not to repeat my mistakes and carefully use your things for damage before using the services of any such workshops (and it’s better to shoot everything on video).
