I was at this clinic today. In my opinion, the doctor didn't do a thorough inspection. The doctor did not ask me any important questions about my condition. Te doctor prescribed many medicines, but did not tell me when to take the medicines or if I should take some medicines together or not. I felt like he didn't care about my condition. I will never return to this clinic. Save your money and go to a clinic that costs less and has better doctors. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this clinic. Also, they DO NOT speak English as they claim to do so.

They tell on their website than they speak English, it is lie. Nobody from phone till medical personal do not speak a single word of English. Time to time one receptionist does, but not always. Additionally, instead of trying to help they are very rude. Not recommended!

In fact, we pay for the lack of queues, a convenient recording and spacious halls, corridors, but already in the offices you can meet obvious unsanitary conditions, and shoe covers were canceled long ago. Now the analyzes can’t do it normally: several times they sent me analyzes indicating male reference values, until I noticed the doctor’s attention. Very high staff turnover, and the fact of the turnover is alarming, not only for administrators, but also for doctors who have been working there for no more than three years, moreover, I specifically found out where the dismissed doctors work later - for example, gynecologists work in regular, district, consultations or in private clinics "in the house", so do not have illusions about the level and qualifications of their specialists. To obtain an objective diagnosis or study - and this applies to all Russian medicine - it is better to consult with several specialists or even in several clinics. For example, I was cynically deceived in this clinic: they found a problem on ultrasound for two years, and at the consultation the doctor said that there was no problem - I don’t know whether the uzists lied or the doctor. At any treatment, they try to raise money for money, on the principle of "treating one, cripple the other", imposing some additional services all the time, such as intramuscular injections, which I can not even do, or my expensive and ineffective hospital. Recently, in connection with the coronavirus, they throw additional advertising on their services, use even my mobile, which I did not give consent to - stop spamming!
