It was clean and comfortable. However the person at the desk was not very helpful,at first could not find our booking and did not tell us we had to wait until 2pm to get our room. When we got back to the hotel a group had arrived luckily one of the staff help us to get our room. We could not eat in the small restaurant because of the group and were not told we could get piazza at the bar saw that on an advert. Next morning we were all squeezed into the small restaurant for breakfast had to wait for a seat. Most staff helpful. Would like to have coffee and tea in the room. Only 1 bottle of water each is not enough when you cannot use tap water. Sorry but that's how we found it.

Good hotel and staff, they are helpful. Warm room, good shower, close to two metro station. Taxi prices are very good. Easy to reach moscow center.

Pros: - Very friendly, diligent and helpful staff - Spatious, comfortable nice room - Fast internet connection all around hotel - Great variety of delicious food for breakfast with really tasty coffee - Service and facilities totally correspond to 3 stars of the hotel Cons: - It was a bit dusty in the room, probably because it's city center. I had to whisk the dust from the table before start working - Surprisingly toiletries for extra money In a nut shell, the cons didn't spoil a lot my impresion. I enjoyed my time staying in the hotel.

Good Business Hotel, though close to Pavletskaya metro, very calm and quiet streets around. Beautiful location, Clean and comparatively spacy rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff are the positives I have experienced. Hope to be back someday again.
