This sucks and the USSR in. his worst form. Today I tried to get an appointment with a traumatologist by registering (almost a fortnight ago). The doctor does not care about the record, the reception is conducted according to some chaotic scenario with the addition of athletes. The traumatologist constantly runs around the offices, depicting an activity incomprehensible to patients. The concept of a record for a specific time, which is declared when you go to a doctor, is not here. As a result, after serving 1 hour in the queue, he spat and left for the return of the money paid for the failed receipt. The medical staff of this clinic said that what is happening in the clinic on the day of the appointment with the doctors (there is such a thing) can be described as taking the Smolny (as shown on TV) or taking the Bastille. In short, they take by storm. What is the punishment for us in the form of this 85th Code of Civil Procedure ???
