Great professionals, great wards

My wife became ill on our Russian cruise and had to be taken from the ship via ambulance to the GMS Hospital in Moscow. We had excellent care there from Dr. Nikita V., Dr. Christine S., and Dr. Loria who were all fluent in English. Also, their administrative staff ( especially Oleg P. at the front desk and Alexandra in the Business Office) were great to deal with and they were fluent English speakers. Alexandra also helped me obtain a visa extension, as ours expired during the hospital stay. They had a driver who took me to the airport, and Alexandra accompanied me and handled the whole extension process. They were truly a full service hospital!

On the site of the clinic it is written that the emergency room is open around the clock and is located at ul. Kalanchevskaya 45. Here is the quote: On the basis of the center of surgery GMS Hospital there is a modern round-the-clock trauma center where the help is provided by highly qualified specialists with many years of practical experience. Trauma center is located at the address Moscow, st. Kalanchevskaya 45. You can contact us for any medical assistance you need 24 hours a day. Arriving at this address on 18.01.12 at 23-00 with a strong cut of the arm (of course we needed urgent medical help), we found out that in fact a 24-hour emergency room is located at a different address and !!! Attention !!! Accepts by appointment !! This is generally how ?! Trauma center by appointment! Hello, is this an emergency room? Write, please, me at the reception for tomorrow at 22-00, I plan at 21-00 to break my leg. In general, enchanting sucks (((
