We considered this hotel as a place to stay on the way to St. Petersburg. At first, the staff was polite, but after we told that we were going to come with a child under one year old, we were refused accommodation. They said that the child will yell (If you are interested, children do not yell 24/7, they sleep at night). After reading the reviews, we realized that the hotel has poor sound insulation. It is very unpleasant that instead of correcting this shortcoming, or in our case, suggesting some alternative, we were safely dismissed. We will not contact you anymore. Thank.

I can tell the residents of the house do not like the hotel so much. As places and so there are no more visitors to. Cars-sharing cars are parked and miraculously get up at the house after work is not possible sometimes you have to get up in a guarded parking lot due to lack of space thanks to the hotel!

Wonderful hotel! Comfortable and clean

We have booked this hotel three times to accommodate study groups from Belarus. All three times were pleasantly surprised by the good service, the polite and caring attitude of the staff, even in non-standard situations they made concessions to us and did their best to make the stay at the hotel pleasant! Rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, small, but comfortable for living. Also, issues with rebooking and rebooking were always resolved promptly, which helped us a lot as organizers. And of course, the price-performance ratio is excellent!
