Very clean and good decorated

could be better... actually a mix from Soviet time and modern. Bar is from Soviet time.... so dont dine in. The location is great. Please, if you are the owner reading this: the place could be best in class - make someting with reception/bar!!

The idiots at the reception cancelled my booking while I was sitting in the airport boarding my flight to Moscow. There was a small issue with the currency of the credit card. I specifically wrote to the hotel with a solution. But no. Morons ignored my email, didn't borther calling or emailing me back, just cancelled the booking.

Beautiful building, nice refurbishment. Some improvements would be recommended fir the convinience of the guests, full size mirror, better breakfast and more smiles from the staff
