Nice rooms, friendly staff. Overall very good. It would be better if they offer more choices for breakfast or change their menu over time.

I really enjoyed this hotel in Moscow. The room was beautiful and always clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was caring. Even if I saw them only once, Liza and Rimma were really nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of tips on places to visit in Moscow and they also booked a table in a great restaurant (they ensured we got the best table at that restaurant). I call that leadership.
