Milan Hotel

The hotel is cozy, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is nice, there is a Domodedovo airport nearby, as well as the mall, the subway station, supermarkets and the post office. The restaurant downstairs serves nice national food, I loved it!

The location of the hotel is nice because it nearby a big mall where there are restaurants, supermarket and many others. The only bad experience I had here was the wifi connection! I tried everything but still it doesn’t work with my devices. I called the reception and they cant speak English so she transferred me to their manager. Unfortunately for me the manager doesn’t speak or doesnt want to speak in English to me so she hang up the call! How rude is that! I called again the reception and a guy answered who speaks English. He calm me down and even went to my room and helped me with my connection. There is really something wrong with the wifi so he left his phone with me for an hour for me to use internet so i can send my reports. I can remember his name but he did an extra mile for me.

Good hotel. Location is great. Rooms are modern. Bed is very comfortable. In room dining options are available 24/7. Complementary WiFi with good speed. Good and helpful staff. The restaurant GRUT is excellent.
