Never in my life have i had such a bad experience. When i arrived after a long trip, the arrogant reception lady pretended not to get the money for the booking my firm had made for me, although i showed a document stating that all was in order ("prepaid booking" statement). She still did not want to call the hotline service to get some explanation in order to get some clarification, although i offered to pay for the phone communication fees. I had to go to the police to try to solve the problem out.

Budget Friendly hotel, with a nice location where public transport is easily available.. Rooms were nice, breakfast was also good. Friendly staff to take care of your daily needs..
