Winterfell Paveletskaya

It's a cheap place located in the downtown of Moscow. And that's the only two good things about this place. The rooms aren't small but they are tiny. The halls are narrow. You need to let a person who moves to your direction goes first so that you could pass to your room. Gross. There aren't air conditioners and it's extremely hot. No private bathrooms or toilets. All of them are shared by 20 guests and can be dirty. As there is a lack of bathrooms and toilets get ready to stay in the line up to 20-30 minutes in order to get inside the bathroom or toilet. The manager isn't friendly and has no idea that you're just a customer who pays money here and wants to get just a good service.

Friendly staff, best bring your own flip flops or sandles since they ask you to take your shoes off while walking around inside and provide you with some disposable sandles to wear. Rooms are small but decent for a budget place, quite warm however so I ended up sleeping without the duvet. Mine had no windows but oh well it was a short stay. Facilities are pretty good, iron, hair drier, shower, kitchen with fridge and wifi etc. Thought the whole Game of Thrones theme was comical 👌

For the price it is a very clean hotel. Employees are very nice and helpfull. Care though : rooms are small and there are no shutters on the window. Finally a very tamised light is always on... I don't understand why.

Rooms were too small, more like cell than hostel room, smelly bathroom, nothing interesting nearby. No place to sit with other guests. Awful decoration. It’s crowded and people are always walking in the corridor. Kitchen is too small.
