In January, I booked through the administrators a room for 5 days with breakfast, having paid 100% money order, my son wanted to have a rest in Moscow on vacation in March, but it turned out, all events were closed due to Covid19, and the Railway Station called, what we need not return tickets to return, events that I also paid for returned money, and the hotel still has not returned money, how much effort, calls spent, but I have no extra 15 thousand. The director and manager have no CONSCIENCE at all. Due to Covid, all hotels return money, and this hotel has different rules. I will go further, so I will not leave the matter. It's just a shame, and there is no extra money

Great hotel, we really liked it. Clean, comfortable, convenient location, friendly staff. The room has a kettle, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower. Everything is neat and tidy. Nice interior.
