Amazing place. At your service: garbage from previous guests, towels that would be disgusting to even wash the floor, dirt and a shabby tired interior. I was brought here for work, because the hotel is within walking distance from the expo center. Booked two different rooms for myself and colleagues, both were pretty shabby. They do not consider it necessary to clean the rooms every day. In 4 days, my room was cleaned 1 time, and then after complaining about dirt, my colleagues never got cleaned, even the garbage was not thrown out of the basket. Breakfast is offered on your knees - there is no chair or table in the room, 2 uncooked eggs, 2 sausages, 2 heated frozen pancakes. However, when we refused, the money for breakfast was returned and there was no problem with that. Iron and microwave oven not in the room, but in the hallway, public. Wi-fi in the room of my colleagues worked (they were lucky to live closer to the router), there was no connection in my room, and the staff did not particularly bother with this issue, they did not do it. The cherry on top of the cake was the shutdown of hot water on the last evening, in the morning they did not give water either, they say they turned off the house. There is a boiler in the bathroom, but they refused to connect it, so we left🤷🏻‍♀️

We had a great rest, but breakfast from 10.00. They didn't wait, it's time to go!

Good mini hotel. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The original round four-poster bed)) Everything you need in the room is present. There is a kettle, safe, hairdryer, dishes, air conditioning. Give a bathrobe on request. There was no refrigerator in the room, but that didn’t bother me. In the shower, please note that there is a small gap in the bottom of the door - if you turn on the shower strongly, the entire toilet room will be in the water ... but I don’t think it is a minus, the second time it was "scientist")) Room cleaning is daily. The staff is friendly. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts - bring to the room at the right time. From the hotel a stone's throw to Crocus City and Vegas, the beautiful promenade, the temple. With parking, too, there were no difficulties. I’ll come here on occasion. Thanks for the hospitality.🤗

Very positive place. Not an ounce of negativity. The repair is excellent, I would say a cool designer repair. Service level. TV is huge. Audibility is absent. Clean Air. From the subway close. View of the river and Crocus Expo - ecology + high-tech. Cool. Excellent grain coffee from the coffee machine. Water in the coolers. Best place recently visited. Recommend.

Cozy hotel! Clean rooms! Friendly staff! I liked everything very much!
