Booked through booking. The photos turned out to be a different room: a junior suite instead of comfort. I thought everything would be as usual: a call to the booking, cancellation of a booking, search for another hotel, compensation. But the receptionist was extremely professional. I agreed the number that was in the photo in the booking application. Then I organized an extra pillow, for tomorrow I offered a microwave for use and coffee with chocolate. Everything is absolutely free. Definitely pulled my review 5 stars. Customer focus at the highest level. Thanks. The room itself is clean, the renovation is not the freshest, there is a weak wi-fi, refrigerator, heater and air conditioning. The cost is favorable. Recommend!
