Of the minuses - there is no direct staircase to the parking, there is only one elevator to the parking, you have to wait for it constantly, usually comes with a large number of people. In general, I definitely recommend living here on a permanent basis, no hostesses)), no one violates your personal boundaries, it is clean, safe, any form of payment (you want an invoice, you want acquiring).
