Visited the hotel in September 2020. My boyfriend made me a romantic date in a hotel on Pionerskaya 🎉🎉🎉 The room was very beautiful, the room was clean and tidy ... when I saw beautiful swans on the bed, I was amazed at how original and unusual it was. Since this (I personally saw only abroad), it turns out that my (already the groom) was helped by the administrator Irina. Many thanks to her for that. I was very pleased with this hotel and service. If you want to arrange a romantic date for your partner, I recommend the hotel on Pionerskaya ... Thanks to the great staff ...

The hotel itself is 1 out of 5. It was important for us the location where we would stop, we were only starting from this. So the service is terrible. Both administrators are two aged women, everything would be fine, we ourselves will someday be such aunts, but the behavior is appropriate. The first one is smaller (blonde, did not remember her name) messed up with the check-in and completely misinformed, the second woman, the administrator, is also blonde, but much larger and wider than her colleague - she chatted on a video call all day so that it could be heard in our room, and we were in the most distant. Further, on our first day of stay at this hotel, they called an ambulance for some kind of drug, the audibility is excellent, which is why, being again in your room, it was clearly audible as the administrator was talking to this man, then the quote “do less dose, you don’t want to move here horses ". hotel management should step in and know what kind of people your admins are accommodating. When I told the administrator the next day after the events described (video calls to the entire corridor and the neighborhood with drug addicts), she apologized, but did not give a complaint book. the admin was the one that was taller and larger (this description is solely for the management to understand with whom to conduct a conversation) There are a few more drawbacks, but they certainly fade out against the background of what I have listed. And p.s. do something with the entrance doors in the rooms, I think if you pay 3k per day, at least in your room you should not slam the door every time you open the main door to the hotel!

One of the best places in the area, the prices are slightly higher, but very comfortable, clean and virtuous staff. There was a hitch, the price became higher than when booking at the booking, did not understand, the administrator said that the reason was not on their side. The advantages of the hotel blocked this unpleasant moment with the price. Thanks! I read other reviews, there were no problems with sound insulation, maybe the number is the very first and is not surrounded on all sides by other numbers, apparently that's why there were no neighbors as such.
