This is an old temple that has never been closed, even in Soviet times. The interior space is small, but very cozy, with many old icons. Has 2 tiny side-chapels. On the territory of the temple there is a church shop, in which, in addition to church items, they sell very tasty and relatively inexpensive pies. There are tables inside the fence where you can have a snack. Right in front of the entrance to the gate of the temple there is a very decent stationary and free toilet, where you can find everything you need and you can wash your hands! The temple itself is located in a beautiful and well-kept park, which is constantly monitored by city services. If you walk past the temple down the path, you can see a picturesque pond with willows along the banks. There are several species of ducks and two white swans. There are many plant species in the park, including fruit-bearing apple trees. The Leonovo estate was once located on this territory. The park also has playgrounds and playgrounds with exercise equipment for adults. It's a pleasure to go to the temple and spend a day off in such a park!

This temple was built in 1722, there are original icons, good priests and their assistants, in general everything is fine here. The temple itself stands on a hill, and under Peter I, and under Soviet rule, and under the new Russian government. And when I was here 2 days ago (28 Sept, after work I walked through the park, and went at 19:05 to this temple, to the church shop, and then to the temple itself, and the temple closes at 19:30) I went to the church shop , one mother was there, bought from her for 660 R and pirags, q pcs. calendars, tea, something else. But most importantly, I learned from this mother that she orders pastries in another temple, near the Riga station, and that temple, as mother herself said, is much cooler than that. And in that temple I have never been, although I lived for many years on the street. Pavel Korchagin. You will definitely have to go to the temple at the Riga station!

A beautiful place, an old temple, there is a shop-cafe with monastery baked goods, next to a free public toilet.

A wonderful, holy, prayerful place. Although the church is small, real comfort, warmth and faith reign here. The priests here are extremely kind and understanding. On the territory there is a church shop where you can find many goods for an affordable price, even food. A very nice and bright place. He was baptized here 18 years ago.

For some reason, the roofs are black ... Previously, the domes were covered with pure gold .... More like a mosque than an Orthodox church.
