Great, clean and new rooms, especially the panorama rooms are suitable for a long stay. That the gym is charged extra when staying for 2 months in the most expensive room is incomprehensible to me and is one of the points that show that the management is simply bad. On the other hand, the staff with whom you have contact as a customer, especially the kitchen staff, are simply great. It was the first time I had a really rich vegan breakfast in Russia. A lot of effort was made to fulfill all wishes and asked again and again whether everything was okay. Very professional and customer-oriented. I have never seen it in this price segment in Russia.
