Was in "Tropicana not the first time, but in winter the first. The area is small, but the lake with the island give charm. The standard room is too small, just sleep. We were with children and a granddaughter, it's good that they had a suite - quite spacious with a large living room. There and hanging out ... I liked the pool with 2 minisaunas (the 3rd did not work) and a water slide.Only there are few (2) hairdryers in the locker room, in winter you won't go with wet hair ... The food is quite decent, but in the dining room I really did not like the dishes - when you take wet plates the impression is that they are sticky, sometimes you can see spots or unwashed food particles. On forks-spoons, stains are also visible, at least I had to wipe them with napkins. The staff member in the black suit of the cook reacted to the remark with a great favor, as if I had personally insulted him. In general, the impression is good, but the above-described spoiled the mood.

Had a great weekend break. Nice rooms but cool. If you like warmth in the rooms, ask. The cuisine in the restaurant is excellent, thanks to the chefs and waiters. I will definitely come again.

The prices are not cheap, and the service is zero. Even drinking water is not supplied in the two-level suite. When asked why? there was a response from the administrator - "Because!" And it turns out that you need to ask for slippers separately "by prior arrangement". The food is very bad !!! In general, I do not advise anyone to relax in this hotel. Natural "Scoop" at the prices of a good, not cheap hotel !!! Service- FULL ZERO. And the longing is terrible !!!

I went to this hotel for the second time, the first time I went with my family in June 2017. Despite the bad weather, all entertainment complexes were open cheerfully at this time, I arrived together with my husband. would give with one bed. You cannot sit in empty gazebos, i.e. even if it is all the same to pay 900 r 3 hours without a barbecue. Billiards did not work played bowling. Cocktails in the bar are only non-alcoholic. The rooms are not cleaned every day at check-in, it was cleaned at 5. It will not be convenient for smokers if they settle on the second floor on the balcony, you cannot go to a certain place. It can be stressful to go back and forth. The last time we smoked on the balcony this time it’s forbidden. The food is on the level as usual, everything is delicious, but on the second day we went to the Lower restaurant. And on paper for the day they put a checkmark on what exactly we would eat, not quite a buffet .. again, if you wish, you can't put an additive. In general, I think I won't go here anymore .. there are a lot of hotels in the Moscow region .. here the service does not get better .. buildings require both minimum cosmetic repairs. separate 5 turns. Nice staff, rooms, food, pool. There is where to walk, regardless of the small area. Better to call in with a company if with children :). The hotel itself requires some cosmetic refurbishment. It is far from the road, so it is very quiet. You can rent an ATV or horses (negotiate in advance), there is where to ride in the fields and forests. Pizza in Nautilus is beyond praise! Nearby you can visit the excellent museum of the world of iron (kingdom of iron).
