Scenario: paid consultation on Mondays (trade union price), for consultation according to the indications of medical documents, he made an appointment for hospitalization in 2 weeks. It was the break of the first pandemic. We coped, the operation was done. And as it was in Pirogovka 13 years ago - conditionally, the heart was not felt. I don't know what kind of grace they mean in church, but my wife could sleep peacefully .... Before that, the most famous cardio center failed, the ambulance of the city in the suburbs generally sent to the "cemetery" - the wife passed out into oblivion (with all the consequences in bed) and turned white, suffocated from allergy !!! injection into a vein !!! There was good oxygen in the car and the paramedic coped with his mistake, taking all the fragments and the ampoules themselves !!! The second ambulance is only to the hospital, to the hospital ... Saturday night 2 hours. Passed in Moscow on an ordinary night. Until I found doctors somewhere and did not "shout" .... Many thanks to P.V. Mezentsev.

Honestly one of the best hospitals in Moscow. Many experienced specialists, combined pathology therapy, dentistry with reasonable prices and an individual approach. The island that still remains is one of the few - where doctors really treat people with interest and try for patients. For everyone, regardless of age and social status. Experienced sisters, even such a rare type of staff as nurses have survived, they also help take care of seriously ill patients - well, if a person is completely alone or cannot afford to hire a nurse at all, they will not leave in trouble. Thanks to them! And yes, they have already successfully fought with covid and will still fight! On each floor - please, there were free masks, gloves, shoe covers in trays, sanitizers everywhere. And now, even for now, but the "clean period" is all the same, strict control and help to people.

There are good doctors. But today I came across an incompetent hamovat anesthetist in the surgical department for gastroscopy, from which I am now in great doubt returning to this clinic. The anesthetist behaved nervously, answered rudely, cursed with his assistants with the patient (me) because of disposable gloves. The catheter was inserted very painfully, as a result it took out, venous blood poured, he ran from the office. I already at that moment realized that I could not trust my health to this person and decided to leave the procedure. I don’t know the name of the anesthesiologist; I didn’t find him on the hospital’s website. Before this incident, almost everything was fine, except for the nurse in room 108, who is also rude and painfully draws blood from a vein, from which there are scratches and bruises (not only from me, my husband also went to this hospital, he’s in a completely different build, twice as much as me, but after taking the blood for a long time I walked with a blue hand, they also did the procedure painfully). And before this gastroscopy (which did not happen), I had to take paid tests for HIV, hepatitis and syphilis: such rules. And the throughput system here, of course, rolls over. Only with a passport, often in line, until all this is done, you will be late. In addition, they do not always find you on the list, and if it is not written down, but only to take an analysis - call and wait - wait until they come for you. The specific location of the clinic is such that you will not get there just like that, walking. Why is this inlet feed through system? Who needs this? You can then create an electronic pass in your account and quickly go through it.
