I read the reviews. And I did not happen to face what they write about. I quietly signed up for an examination. There was no queue. The results were obtained immediately for 5 minutes. Prices are not higher than in other places. But the attitude of specialists, I liked it very much. Everything about the case

04/08/2019 I called about 7 minutes to make an appointment with a specialist. The registrar was polite, picked up a convenient time and date for me. I came to the doctor's appointment in advance (20 minutes) in order to issue a referral at the reception desk and pay for the service. Of the 4 registrars, only 2 worked with patients, simultaneously answering phone calls and questions from those who are “just to ask.” In front of me in line was the 3rd man, who took 20 minutes. Because of what I was already late for an appointment. I was billed for a payment of 2.500 rubles for the reception of a specialist doctor (not MD.). I went to the cashier, but the cashier "went out for 15 minutes for the exchange." I am disappointed with the administrative work of the clinic. I spent the time and was ready to spend money on medical services, but I do not need paid medicine of such a low level. I refused to see a specialist because at the appointed time did not fall. In a word - a scoop.

I want to share my visit to the Central Clinical Hospital 🤦‍♀️. An appointment for a doctor’s appointment was scheduled for 15:00, but since punctuality is my thing, I arrived in an hour and it turned out not in vain, not in vain .... It’s just that you can’t get to the hospital grounds, only strictly by passes. You go to the pass office and the fun begins there))), it’s definitely not the fault of the staff who give you the passes directly at this pass office, they just print them out and give them out, but only if they have something to print, and for that the doctor to whom you make an appointment must provide your name and passport confirmation accordingly). My doctor apparently didn’t have time to do this, well, with a grief in half, they got through to the doctor and made a pass), then you go and go ....) and come, I didn’t understand at first where I came ... something like the first building (I don’t know))) ), the dining room is something else .... and went to the stairs where it also leads, it’s not clear, since there are no signs at all) well, thank God I got to the paid department (the consultation is naturally paid 3500₽🤦‍♀️), I go to paid department and then I see a picture in oil))) Girls are all elderly, all are wildly busy and greet of course it’s not accepted))), everyone is having fun talking with each other, who’s talking on the phone with each other, and you try to find out several times in a row where I got and what to do next))) and oh, glory to the Almighty paid attention to me, but not for long , apparently “their patients” came, and took them out of turn instead of me))) okay, not scary), I wait, but so that you understand there are 4 employees sitting in the office, and all the same, I had to shout aaaauuuuu, well, so heard, but you never know quietly say, put, cheers ..... they asked for a passport and the beginning means I employee make a contract on a computer, everything in this hospital is modern by technology)))) and at the same time with my colleague and by phone and with my contract) as a result I redid it 2 times and then her boss called and she put it on my signature and went into conversation ) and there the year of birth is not mine and the address is not mine, to the remark that the girl didn’t correctly tell me the boss calls me and you don’t let me tell you, I fell, I took it away in general, I didn’t have my contract and went to the doctor))))) I think later if I need to redo it))) and the doctor for one time wrote down 3 people) how it happened no one knows)))) but the consultation was exactly 3 minutes for 3,500 rubles and finally amused me))))). In general, I was upset that in such a hospital with such a name and status, it’s such an incomprehensible thing that 💔🤦‍♀️

Reception of doctors not kmn costs 2500 initial consultation! Kmn already costs 3500, and Dmn 5500. Services have risen in price. Blood test 900 rubles. There are two medical registrars working in paid services, there are queues, a lot of paperwork, in order to arrange a service. You also need to understand us. We are doing everything possible to quickly serve the patients. In addition to services, paid services are issued a pass to the territory of patients by the CHI and draw up forms 057, which is also for 1 minute of clearance from there and the queues are formed, and we work only for 2 people per shift for 12 hours.
