My Mom was in the Central Clinical Hospital from November 12 to December 1, 2020 in several departments. First, in the neuroreanimation and acute neurology department, then, by coincidence, in the covid department and its intensive care unit (building 5, 3rd floor, 1 therapeutic department). I can’t say anything about the neurology department, because Mom didn’t stay there for long, but I would like to leave a few words about the first therapy headed by N.A. Melikhova. The period of stay in this department was decent - 18 days, which made it possible to fully experience the wonderful organization of the entire process of treatment and care for a rather difficult patient, the indifference of all medical staff - from nurses to doctors (moreover, not only your attending physician, but also doctors, treating other patients, and doctors on duty!). And cleanliness is everywhere and constantly! Thank you very much to all the employees of this department! And separately - to our attending physician Kabanenko I.S., head Melikhova N.A. and an unknown girl - the doctor on duty, who literally saved my Mom! And many thanks to the wonderful nurses and nurses of the department! Also, the excellent cuisine cannot be noted - the food is delicious and freshest. May God grant all employees health and well-being!

There would be more such doctors and in our country nothing would be impossible. Her one magical, kind look is already a direct path to recovery. After all, even the thought that you may have a terrible diagnosis can confuse any of us. But her confidence and goodwill gives people hope for the best. A good doctor must be born, so we - patients are lucky that such specialists work here at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Russian Federation of Gynecology No. 2. I would also like to thank the anesthesiologist Maria Zhumabekovna from the bottom of my heart for her attentiveness and professionalism. Many thanks to all nurses for their vigilance and accuracy. Special thanks to the catering staff. The food in the clinic is top notch and the cleanliness is just perfect. BRAVO !!! A close-knit team, like one fist. I came to Dina Ivanovna for a consultation, because natural pregnancy did not occur and I was told that only IVF shines and a good reproductologist is needed. I liked Kabanova, I plan to see her. Now we are examining, something needs to be treated and most likely after the holidays we will enter into the protocol. She is very calm, reasonable, answers all questions in detail and argues, therefore, she inspires confidence and as a person I really like. I hope everything works out!

Very clean, nice staff. Clean toilets. Good doctors, good attitude. Surprisingly, the patients in the ward are fed better and better quality than in the canteen for money on the 1st floor. It's not tasty in the dining room, the compote is just like tinted water and not sweet at all, powdered puree, then there was heartburn ... But in the ward, the food is on the contrary, very good!

From the bottom of our hearts we want to say thank you, for professionalism, warmth, for disinterested and noble work to the doctors of the Central Clinical Hospital, cardiac surgery department, intensive care unit, anesthesiologists. Our mother was operated on 08/04/2020. Savelyeva Svetlana Alekseevna the attending physician is a very responsive, attentive, kind person who works with love and heartfelt concern. Anatoly Vladimirovich Molochkov, head of the department, operated on my mother, explained everything in great detail and competently before the operation, it was very scary before the operation, but after the conversation, everything became clear and there was confidence that the doctors would do everything possible to save the life of our mother. Thank you very much for your care and professionalism.
