Exactly 10 years I have been operating a room in this garage cooperative. From some point a couple of years ago, maybe even a little more, my garage on the 1st floor began to flood after heavy rains. According to rumors, the drainage paths were violated due to the connection of an illegal drain from an open complex of garages and parking in the neighborhood. Every year it’s getting worse: they will not stop collecting payments, but they are repairing less and less. I’m not sure that the building was officially handed over to the State Commission and it was put into operation ... Maybe there was nothing like that. . Rent a garage. It is difficult, there are almost no offers. From 4500-5000 per month. But now it’s basically more expensive. #garage #parking place #cars
