The last straw was the appointment of an x-ray to an orthopedic infant for no particular reason, it’s good that a specialist dissuaded us from the procedure on X-rays and explained its uselessness, the child had a crunch in the knees (as it turned out, it was confirmed by several other specialists, such a problem is common and diagnostics is carried out with the help of ultrasound). Well, and most importantly, after handling the claim, the Director is terribly Hamila (apparently the staff takes an example from the director), refused to accept the claim - which is illegal, and threatened to SEND THE CHECK AND REDRESS PARENTAL RIGHTS TO US !!! Here is such a customer-oriented business, in my opinion, they simply take money from you in exchange for rudeness and threats.
