It is very affordable, great value for that money. Very clean, staff is permanently hunting for every speck of dust. Friendly administrators may seem a bit grumpy at first glance but they are always ready to help. I absolutely recommend this hotel, just don't expect something like Hilton for that price.

The beds are good, heated, but not very good when the room comes across without a window, it's hard to breathe
