Hotel Kolomenskoye

If you're looking to know Moscow for the first time this place is a great choice. It is located in a historic park with the house of a Tsar. It is near the metro station so it is easy to move in the city.

The stinky, old (no manufacture date) soap, shampoo and shower gel spoiled the whole impression for several months. Apparently, guests at the hotel located in the museum-reserve should be washed with ancient hygiene products. They refused to replace the normal set, because . the hotel has all the hygiene products with such a date of manufacture. There are only 2 glass glasses and an opener in the room. It is impossible to drink tea. On September 9, a cafe-bar opens for breakfast lovers in the hotel, I hope that they will feed with non-expired products.

Cozy hotel, friendly staff!

Very bad hotel. After a cold trip from the airport to the hotel, I want to get into a warm room, but the owners of the hotel, apparently, are saving a lot, so the batteries and electric radiators were turned off in the room, which made the room very cold, and most importantly, for the day I spent I could not heat it. There are only four outlets in the room, of which only one is left, because the other three occupy a TV and radiators. The walls are cardboard, the door to the hall sits loosely, which is why all the passing people are heard. Dishes in the room are missing. It’s cold in the bathroom, the shower is very small, hot water needs to be drained for a long time to make it hot, shampoos and gels are the worst of those that I have ever used, the hairdryer, like everywhere else, is weak. A colleague in a different issue has a similar situation, therefore, to conclude that my case is not an isolated one. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but most dishes are stale (for example, cheesecakes). No matter what type of coffee you choose, you will get a tasteless Americano. The hotel is very dissatisfied, I do not recommend settling in cold weather.

The place is excellent, because the park and cultural heritage. The staff is also very friendly, clean linens, a mini-refrigerator, but that’s all. The room went almost at the level of an average Soviet hotel. The refrigerator cools very poorly. The shower mount is broken and therefore, you hold a shower with one hand, and wash with the other. The shower stall is plastic and breathes incense. The room has neither air conditioning nor fan. One window under the ceiling. The room has a constant twilight, even with lighting. The bed creaks. In the bathroom there is no power outlet and near the mirror in the room too. Weifai is weak. There is no breakfast. But the rooms do not have normal tea utensils and cutlery. Only thick glass glasses without handles and cup holders. Culmart with hot water in the hallway. How to bring such a glass of boiling water to the room is not clear. Than to stir sugar - too. Therefore, despite looking at a beautiful place, I do not recommend it to those who love comfort.
