The church with the refectory was built in 1690-1702, in the Naryshkin baroque style. Simultaneously with the church, the Naryshkin Chambers were built, connected to it by an arched passage. The temple is a double-deckered, three-apsed quadrangle with a refectory and front porch adjoining from the west, on a basement, with a gulbish on the arcades. Initially, the church was one-headed, but in 1702-1705 the walls of the four were built up, and a new vault with five-domed completion was erected on them. In 1808, the porch gallery and the overpass passage was dismantled, connecting the church porch with the galleries of the Brotherhood Corps. In the 1930s, chapters with crosses were destroyed and restored by B.P. Dedushenko in the 1960s, while the gallery was restored. In the early 2000s, the porch of the church - built in 1690-1666, was destroyed and replaced without approval by a remake.
