The reason for visiting this medical institution was inflammation in the lumbar region, as a result of which a vertebral hernia pressed on the sciatic nerve root. It’s impossible to live normally with such an ailment. With an MRI scan of the problem area of ​​the lower back, I ended up at an appointment with Andrey Alekseevich Grigorenko, the head physician. After the examination, Andrei Alekseevich said that my case is difficult, but not hopeless, provided that two people fight the disease - a doctor and a patient, and in the end I can live a healthy person’s life, without any restrictions. At the initial stage, this is a joint work of a physiotherapist and an osteopath. Physiotherapeutic procedures are aimed at removing the pain syndrome, but osteopaths return the patient’s body to the factory settings to the maximum. Three osteopath specialists worked with me. The most difficult thing is to force yourself to believe that gymnastics will become your integral part of life.
