Enrolled in the clinic Rosa for an appointment through the administrator. They didn’t ask me what problem I was facing and just wrote down at a time convenient for me. So I got an appointment with Oleg Viktorovich Parkhomenko. This was my first visit to a psychiatrist in my life, and naturally I went for help and believed that I would receive it. That is why I did not expect that I would encounter depreciation, value judgments and unprofessionalism. The doctor announced the diagnosis (as I understand it is very doubtful), did not explain it, did not really offer treatment options, gave examples of problems of other patients, which is simply, in my opinion, unethical. I left after taking it in an even worse state than I was before. After a couple of days, she clarified with the clinic management whether such a service was normal and whether it was possible to somehow rectify the situation. To which I received information that it’s just that the doctor specializes in other problems and it’s strange that I got to him. As a solution, the head suggested that he sign up with a discount of 500 r. Considering that I have already given 3,000 for the first appointment, I have to pay another 3,500 for the appointment with the manager. This is simply wrecking and a complete lack of customer focus, it seems that for a client there should not be a lottery addressing a doctor with the necessary specialization. Oleg Viktorovich, he could immediately say that he could not help me, and not provide poor-quality service. As a result, it’s a pity not so much money as the emotional resource spent on this technique.

Last year, her mother was treated in this clinic for neurosis, doctors helped her return to normal. Her former condition was, of course, terrifying. There were strong mood swings, I could smile, and after 5 minutes I could find a reason for tears. I started to eat badly, slept badly, and so on. There were more and more such manifestations of the disease. My brother and I helped as much as we could, but it was still clear that we needed the help of doctors, so we turned here. True, at first, without the knowledge of the mother, they wanted to first find out what the problem was with her, at least approximately, to understand what to do. And after that they came to my mother and talked about the treatment. She agreed. She underwent a course of treatment and gradually her condition began to level off. She began to smile more often and in general, in terms of emotions, at least some kind of stability appeared. Now three months have passed since the moment of treatment, everything is fine, so far there seem to be no problems, although she is still under surveillance.
