Ot Shefa

I went to this place quite a few times and everytime one issue happens but the only thing that is consistant is the manager! She doesnt care at all. Everytime the glasses are dirty and we ask someone to bring a different one. Nobody bothers to apologize or anything and its ok. Other times i take a takeaway combo and they don't give fries or soda unless it was asked for! And another time i order a combo and i pay for the sandwich separately and the fries and drink alone which makes it more expensive.... The food itself is good and the burgers specially are above average for this city. Which is good. Too bad they waste the Chef's efforts being this bad with service. And also a manager that acts like she is not there at all. She doesnt interfere with customer complains and doesnt care. They dont have english menus or english speaking staff and i would simply avoid this place all together because of the staff and manager.

Pleasant restaurant cum cafe. Nice service and good food. Lots of options in pizzas as well as classic pastas and yummy Steaks😋😋

Good place for pizza and burgers they have good deserts too but not so much to drink only soda there is no mojito or fun drinks
