Three times in a row, payment through the application did not work. Each time I had to waste time for the checkout to reset the connection and re-pay with the card. Time wasted. The staff does not know what to do in a given situation and how long it might take. WAIT and "we won't let you go" is the only thing they say confidently. The support service does not try to solve the problem, they ask to reinstall the application. Yandex and BP look more attractive.
