The doctor refused to put a seal because "he cannot give guarantees", but in fact - because it is necessary to fulfill the plan to divorce the client for money. They tried to impose an unnecessary panoramic X-ray of all teeth and the installation of a crown for 100,000. As a result, I had to pay 2500 for a "consultation" and a completely unnecessary X-ray of a sick tooth (allegedly to find out if there is a nerve there, but the doctor did not want to clarify this with the patient). It was clear how the doctor wants to quickly get rid of such an unpromising client who does not need the whole range of services, but needed to solve a simple problem. Loss of time, money and mood. Denta Vita in Gazetnoye: I highly recommend it. I signed up for Marika Gubish on the recommendation of friends, and was very sorry.

Previously considered the best dental clinic in Moscow. In February 2020, she signed up for a scheduled examination and insurance cleaning appointment with a dentist. The dentist did not reveal any problems with the teeth, carried out cleaning. However, in June 2020, for the first time since school times, I had a toothache, I decided to seek help at the same clinic on the newspaper. This time, the examination was carried out by another dentist-therapist, who found that in the upper part there is a tooth that was destroyed by caries by more than 50%. The doctor also clarified that such a destruction took place over 6 months. As a result, there is no half of the tooth, nerves were removed, and a temporary filling was placed. They advised to put crowns that are not covered by insurance. How so? I undergo scheduled examinations every six months, I treat my teeth very carefully. Why was the service so poorly executed in February? How could you not notice such tooth decay? Is dentistry really so careless about clients with insurance? Not only is the crown quite expensive, it’s also very sorry for your tooth. I wrote a statement addressed to the head doctor - I did not receive an answer. Very upset by the quality of service!

Briefly: Good doctors, poor service. If you value money and time, Denta Vita Prestige is not for you. In detail: Until 10/22/17 I was generally satisfied. 22. 10.17 Planned the removal of 2x 8ok, taking into account the work schedule, business trips and other nuances. I rebuilt the entire schedule, which in my case is not easy to implement. Upon arrival, I had to wait an hour, despite a preliminary appointment. After removing one tooth, the doctor decided not to remove the second. Although there were no prerequisites for stopping. The pressure was normal. I felt good. Perhaps the reason behind the schedule, because in line for me there were already other clients who came to the reception, and we started an hour later. Perhaps there were fears, since the first experience of removing 2 complex eights was unfavorable (with a swoon), but completely acceptable to me. I emphasize once again that there were no prerequisites for repetition. Why the plans were changed without my advance informing is not clear. If I were initially aware that the removal would be one tooth in a different way, I would build my schedule or perform operations in another clinic. One way or another, changing plans in the process for no apparent reason and reporting in fact is not an acceptable option. Another point: payment. The insurance company with which my employer and clinic collaborate, offers a 15% discount. Which I was refused, since, as it turned out, again in fact, a discount is possible only in cash. Why I should know / remember this nuance or guess about it is not clear. It seems to me that it is the responsibility of the customer service to inform customers about this in advance. If you come to an institution where for some reason they do not accept cards, they will inform you about this before you place an order, and not after the fact. In general, I was offered a walk to the ATM, if I want a discount. On my proposal to look for other solutions, it was said that there are no other solutions. Service - "fire". The funny thing is that a week ago the clinic gave “10% discount on all services”, it certainly does not add up to the insurance discount, but by itself also does not work with cashless payments 😊 a kind of placebo. When choosing a service provider, of course I plan a certain budget and consider it as one of the selection criteria. If you are also prone to planning expenses when buying anything, Denta Vita Prestige will not suit you. To my great regret, in spite of the big plans: implantation, mouthguards, veneers (which is why removal was started), and more, most likely I will be forced to end my cooperation with this clinic, since the experience described above has remained unfavorable for me. Even if I omit the moment with the restructuring of the plans without agreeing with me, making an adjustment for the insurance of doctors in the key to taking care of my health, payment and customer service played a role.
