The rooms are very cold, only after repeated requests they turned on the full heating. Cleaning is only superficial - commonplace gobies in the radiator grilles. 100% focus of the owner primarily on making money, and not taking care of the client. Very sincere administrators are trying to somehow brighten it up, but everything depends on the owner's greed. We wanted to spend a romantic evening. We arrived in high spirits. And our room is busy - something messed up when checking in. It doesn't matter - we were accommodated in a room with a higher class. Decomposed, tuned in, so to speak. A knock on the door - "the owner said that this room is too expensive, move to another". And the other, on the contrary, is a class lower. It has only half a window and just above the bed there is another sleeping place on the second floor. Please resolve the issue. An hour passes - nothing. We clarify what is happening. "The owner said that we will refund the difference in price in the morning." We are absolutely not satisfied with this. We are waiting for another hour until the situation is resolved. After such adventures, you expect some kind of apology and compensation. "Come to the reception in the morning - we will compensate." OK. In the morning they brought trashy coffee from the machine, which was already included in the room rate. We went up to the reception for the promised. "The owner said that coffee is a refund for a ruined evening and a few hours spent moving from room to room." Russian service. Ruthless and merciless.

Booked a place here for a romantic weekend. Our room on the 67th floor offers a wonderful view of Moscow and such beauty opens up to the eye that you can look and admire forever. though sometimes clouds come and the view changes, but this also has its own beauty. And the staff here are very friendly and welcoming, they always answer all questions and help in everything. And most importantly, the surprising thing is that our room was always quiet, despite the fact that the hotel was quite populated. In general, there are a lot of advantages here and the price is quite consistent with the quality.

This was my first visit to Moscow. The place where we will stay I chose carefully. And, fortunately, she did not lose. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in a fairly lively place, we could calmly rest in the room at any time of the day, without being distracted by extraneous noise (peace and quiet are guaranteed to you). We lived in a double room with a panoramic view of Moscow. The room is cozy, very clean. Everything you need for a person who came for a couple of days is: a bathroom with a shower in the room, towels, dental kit, hairdryer, ironing, wardrobe, bedside table ... For the first time in my life I have visited such a hotel. Although I did not live on the very top floor, my room was closer to the middle, but this impression did not remain any less. First of all, I liked the way I was met, everyone is at the highest level, very kind and pleasant staff. About the number itself, I generally keep quiet, cleanliness and beauty. I am very pleased that I visited the tallest hotel in Europe.

The service is super. It is always clean and comfortable, the views from the window to the capital are mesmerizing.
