The review will be long with the background! In 2017, with acute lower back pain, I went to the free mountains. Polyclinic # 220, I was prescribed injections, which did not help. Then I persuaded the therapist not to self-medicate and give a referral to a neurologist. The therapist forgot to give it, only a month later, with a scandal through a call to the head physician, I got to the right doctor. By that time, I had already done an MRI of the lumbosacral (hernia + 2 protrusions) on my own. The neurologist told me: you have a hernia, it cannot be treated. 👍🏼 At work, they advised a vertebrologist, it was he who took off my acute back pain! No injections, purely manual therapy, he had 3 times. He also told me that now to live with this, a hernia is an irreversible process, it can only be supported so that it does not become more. The sharp pain was gone, but the tailbone felt "pulling" and I wanted to cure it. The search for the clinic continued. I went to the popular clinic of Dr. Dikul, they took me around the hall, showed everything, told, based on the MRI they gave a description. Then I found out that they have a lot of negative reviews, that they treat little, give a lot that is superfluous and unnecessary. Then a colleague recommended contacting Pronin Valery Viktorovich. And so I came to the Mirasport rehabilitation center. They looked at my picture, showed everything, told me, looked at my back, prescribed treatment without excess water. And I started therapy. I had massage, and manual therapy, and stretching of the spine, and UHT therapy, and exercise therapy. During the treatment of my back, I healed my knees and a dislocated leg. The pains went away, well, I stopped coming to the center ... Three years have passed, the other day, pain in the cervical spine began, I am back to Mirasport. This time the MRI did the entire spine. And you know what? Hernia in the sacral - NO !! There is only one protrusion and that's it! At first I didn't believe it, but Valery Viktorovich confirmed it. Here is such an "irreversible" process that "cannot be treated" 🤷🏼‍♀️ The deflection in the lower back has been corrected, it has become more correct! Of course, I had to study so as not to get treatment again, but it was my own fault, I didn't do it at all + a sedentary and sedentary lifestyle, so it started again ... All specialists are of high quality in Mirasport! I definitely recommend it! The treatment process is not quick, but this is the case when you invest money and get a real and tangible result! The MiraSport Center was advised to me by my friend, he studied in this center and he liked it. I was undergoing rehabilitation, I have a back problem. I went through almost all the exercise therapy procedures, massage and Exart technique, there is an effect, it helped a lot. Priced a bit pricey but well worth it. Good attitude of the staff, everyone is friendly. I especially liked two specialists: Valery Vladimirovich Stukan and Daniil Alexandrovich Sukhov, I have established some kind of personal intuitive contact with them. I liked everything.

I am writing my review, a year after undergoing treatment at the MiraSport center. Due to the protrusion of the vertebral discs in the lower back, I could not walk normally during attacks of sharp pain, which did not allow me to think about anything. In this "crochet" position I came to the center. I was pulled on special devices, worked with my hands on my back on the table and then sent to the gym to do special exercises under the supervision of a trainer. As a result, the unbearable pain went away after the first visit and has not returned for a year now, although my work is still sedentary. Thanks for fixing me !!!!!
