Deceive customers. I took a car there for 2 days, I caught a fine for violating traffic rules. They deduct the amount of the fine from the pledge (which is fair), but they pay 50% of the nominal amount of the fine to the budget, receiving a legitimate discount for payment within 21 days, but they keep 100% of the value of the penalty from customers.

Great rental, fresh cars, reasonable prices. Excellent service as a bonus)
