A visit to the MultiMed Mitino clinic left an extremely negative impression and a chipped tooth! 09/10/2020 A poorly performed teeth cleaning service led to serious damage to the tooth, namely the front tooth of the lower row - a chip was formed. The procedure was performed by a doctor according to Akhmetova Yulia Emilievna. The irresponsible attitude of the clinic staff to the situation was simply amazed. Their first reaction was: “it was like that even before the start of the procedure”, “this is how the tooth looked when you came”. Then, the employees tried to convince that they did not see any cleavage, referring to the fact that they were not doctors. It is extremely strange to hear this within the walls of a clinic, a medical center and dentistry, how they position themselves. The impudent, arrogant and unprofessional attitude is evident, a complete lack of desire and knowledge to solve the problem that has arisen through their fault! Despite the obvious mistake of the dentist, they refused to return the money right away, because the head was out of place. And only after a written application for a refund for a poor-quality procedure, the amount spent was returned to me. As a result, apparently, nevertheless noticing the chip formed after cleaning, they began to offer to eliminate everything free of charge in very dubious and unaesthetic ways. So, the doctor intended to "grind" the damaged tooth to the level of the cleavage. The fact that the tooth will obviously be smaller in comparison with others, and this is, to put it mildly, ugly, did not bother the "specialist" at all. I refused. After that, it sounded: "okay, then let's fill it in." After such an unprofessional, irresponsible and impudent attitude of trust and confidence in the competence of the clinic's staff, there is no longer any. I intend to appeal against their actions. The result of a poorly performed teeth cleaning procedure was significant damage to the tooth (a very noticeable chip), atypical painful sensations (teeth were brushed several times in another clinic, there is something to compare), sleepless nights because of what happened. I also have to restore the damaged tooth and incur the costs in this regard. I do not recommend contacting the MultiMed Mitino organization. Such a high rating of the clinic is truly surprising. I believe most of the positive reviews have been bought.

I liked the approach of staff and doctors towards patients. Behave professionally and calmly. The medical center is clean, tidy. Recommend.
