It was terrible! The worst and worst organized trip of my life. Last summer, I decided to take the opportunity and go to Canada (like Toronto, which actually turned out to be some kind of Mississauga, which was not mentioned in the agreement). All excursions prescribed in the price list were either not implemented at all or were replaced with more budget ones. Settled to a woman who forbade eating animal products in her home, such as meat, milk, etc. This lady every morning at 7 am loudly and eerily prayed in Vietnamese, hit a gong and banged her head on the floor. Resettlement was carried out for a week and that, because I did not get out of the office. The woman working there, every time hearing about the problem, smiled and ran away. Education was a formality, an English teacher was a Mexican whose English was poor. In a group of 15 people there were 8 Russians and in fact everyone spoke their own languages. Knowledge did not increase. No events were held, the children were left to their own devices. The most meaningless money spent in my life. The amount paid does not match the services provided. I will never use EF services again!
