In reception they don't speak English and every time I need help or I don't understand they roll their eyes, they are extremely rude and on top of that they lost my results once.

I've been waiting for their ambulance for two hours already, I won't buy insurance from them

The ophthalmologist says she has lunch and we waited for her for three hours and when she knocked on her she refused to accept us and says until lunch was over and disturbing (lunch lasted three hours) and 5 people in line and the redhead at the reception yelled at all patients as if she’s the mistress of the center and the patients are all foreigners and she doesn’t even speak English what the hell then she is at the reception and two more girls worse than her type they help her. Of course we choose another decent center.

Terrible service. The administrator was snotty without a mask, screaming at all. The medical staff in the treatment room on the procedure questions answers "I do not want to talk to you, do what I say"
