Because I've worked in the service sector for a long time and I know about the intricacies and rules - I can't help but pay attention to this in institutions. The waiter served "on the dump", and 10 minutes before closing, rather rudely asked to hurry up and leave. The food is delicious, thanks to the cooks. But alas, the service was very upsetting.
