A beautiful, albeit neglected stone church of the 17th century. In recent years, the improvement and restoration of the temple itself, belonging to the territory, has been carried out; the issue of repairing the fence, which is a historical cultural monument, remains open.

The Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in Rubtsovo, an architectural monument of the 17th century, a beautiful old temple of tsarist Russia, but restoration is required.

Suddenly, in the back of the garden, in the mundane bustle, on a busy street of the old Moscow village. behind a stone wall that is falling into nowhere, at first glance an unprepossessing, slightly mundane miraculous temple of the Protection of the Holy Virgin. Glory to you through the ages, architects of days past .... Come. good people look at the miraculous, wonderful!

The original wooden church was replaced in eight years by a stone church, consecrated on October 29, 1626. The temple was a palace, from 1761 became a parish. In 1787, the present bell tower was built in place of the former belfry, and the open porches faced the closed refectory for the chapels. In 1934 the church was closed, looted, the cemetery at the temple was destroyed, the stone fence with the gates was destroyed. The building of the temple was handed over to the Metrostroi for wiring workshops. In 1992 the church was returned to the church ...
