In 2017, approximately in the middle, I was illegally fired from Sozidatel-Proekt LLC in the Kolibris business center because I am an invalid. When applying for a job, I presented to the Director General Rozhdestvensky A. A. my certificate of disability and IPR. In the IPR it is written that I can work in specially created conditions. Rozhdestvensky said that he has no specially created conditions. I reply to him that I will write a statement that I refuse the specially created conditions. But he became stubborn and set a condition for me: either I am taking away my documents on disability, or he dismisses me for a made-up reason. One day I needed to be at home, because the social protection authorities came. I notified Christmas in advance. And then he wrote an explanatory note. But he fired me for absenteeism, and called my reason disrespectful, and underpaid the salary. I filed with the Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow, I had a CD, in court my statement was lost !!!! Only a year later (!!!), when my claim was found in a rumpled form, but the disk was never found, a hearing was set for me, the case was examined by Judge S. Efremov with a person with clear signs of chronic alcoholism, which refused me I didn’t even listen to my lawsuit, saying that he can read.

Please tell me why in your court, for so long they have been considering the cassation appeal in the civil case Rudnik N, Baunova A.I., which we filed on July 19, 2019 and have already passed since the filing of 3 months, no notifications, notifications, no calls from this court does not arrive, the lawyer is constantly told what else is under consideration. The first trial took place at me. Rudnik N. in the same court, where they also delayed, did not notify, did not notify, did not call me, and this went on for several months, until I started to come myself to find out about the progress of the case. And so I repeatedly scandalized, drove for 200 km. As a result, the court issued a fair ruling in my favor. After that, I went through the second process on the appeal of the plaintiff A. Baunova in the Moscow City Court, where they also delayed, did not notify and did not inform of anything. The plaintiff A. Baunov during these terms influenced i.e. bribed the judge and even my lawyer (the circumstances of the case and the data of the judge and my lawyer, which I bribed in a previous review, so that people faced with them knew that they were corrupt skins). This court, having no evidence at the plaintiff and contrary to the Laws, issued a ridiculous ruling in favor of the plaintiff Baunova, having no reason to make such a decision and partially recognized my share. After which I disagreed with this decision filed a cassation appeal back to the Preobrazhensky court, where to this day I have been considering my complaint for 3 months. We hope that judges will be guided only by the constitution and laws, and not by monetary and family ties. I will leave my feedback about each case so that everyone knows how our courts and judges work. All unreasonable and unlawful court decisions, I will publish and submit for general review in the media and in all social networks.
