I do not advise contacting this organization, if you can call it that. Because there is no organization. I ordered wine, they said they called when to pick it up. Arrived at the appointed time, called the order number. The person who met me initially did not make the impression of an intellectual, but then he confirmed it) He found out for a long time what was in my order. The order was large and naturally I did not remember everything and the name of some could not be spoken. I asked him to check on their computer for accuracy, but for some reason he refused! ) As I understand, there is no record keeping, the order number doesn’t mean anything if you don’t tell what is in it, strangely you will agree. Judging by the beginning, I already understood that apparently I would not take my order. And so it happened after half an hour of searching and clarifying that the “senior” apparently came out there in the order and said that the order was not yet ready! I then asked for readiness to deliver it home because, because of their fault, the order was not ready, to which they agreed. And they said that the order will be delivered this afternoon. Then he called some kind of hell and said that they would bring tomorrow, and then no one else called and didn’t bring anything! This is such a "wonderful" wine collection! ) I would not be surprised if there is a “burnt” wine. In general, I do not advise you to contact them!
