One of a few placed in distant districts of Moscow with both civilized and wild parts of a park. Lake, historical places, esplanades for the sun lovers, walking tracks.

Nice place but the water is too green

Beautiful park in any season, but the small beach is open in warm weather and the pond is clean and swimmable. A perfect mini-beach oasis right in the center of Moscow. Great for picnics, or just grab a book and lounge on a grassy bank.

Great park and the nature preserve with paved or gravel covered paths. Beautiful lake, where you can rent a rowing boat or swim. Volleyball courts for everyone, food stands, several stages for performances, free restrooms. Plenty of benches throughout the park. Playgrounds for kids. Enjoyable in any weather!

The Western part is more like a park: paved or gravel footpaths, boat rental by the lake, a few cafes. The East part is pretty much a first with ground footpaths, a few streams and a spring. If you're looking for a place to walk with a stroller, go West :)
