I regretted almost immediately when I entered the office of the endocrinologist T.I. Krasnikova, who from the doorway began to yell that she did not serve anyone for free and that with chronic diseases (which I do not have, but she was not interested), all the service was on a paid basis ... Then, when I asked about the ultrasound, she, with a displeased look, led me into the office and in a boorish tone told me to take napkins from their shelf and put myself on bed. I could not stand such rudeness, turned around and left .. All the behavior of this doctor was impudent, boorish and dismissive. I left a complaint in the complaint book, but, naturally, I received no response. Attempts to get to another endocrinologist and do an ultrasound scan were in vain, because there is no other. Then it was more interesting .. I took this folder of printed A4 sheets of annual attachment, nervous, nervous and angry left the clinic. Already on the street I looked into the folder, I was embarrassed that the amount of 15,000 was somehow broken, 5,000 were paid ... Without delving into it, I returned and asked at the reception for a receipt that the annual service of 15,000 had been paid. I was told that I have everything in the folder .. "Go, go, you paid for everything." I left on the machine. Then there was quarantine, closed borders ... And when the next time in August I came to do some ultrasound, they told me that I had not paid for the annual attachment, but only 5,000 rubles. I was shocked. Carefully reading all the lines, which I did not attach importance to the first time, I realized that I was deceived ... Or "divorced" ... And I, being an adult, not a stupid woman, can now prove nothing. I even asked the cameras to see where it should be visible that I get 15,000 rubles from my wallet, but they are only kept for half a year .. So I made an ultrasound scan for 15,000 rubles.
