I am asking you to help me place my order, since none of the operators could do this and were more than interested in a potential client, for which, one of the operators explained that all conversations are being recorded, I hope this is so and you can listen to them! On the site I issued a card for myself, where they promised me to immediately award 500 points, where 1 point = 1 RUB. Then I placed an order, where I indicated in the comments that I had 5000 rubles in cash. I was asked to pay by card, unfortunately, there was no way to pay by card, only cash. I then offered to take advantage of the promotion and write off 500 points in order to keep within the amount of up to 1000 rubles and place an order, where I was also refused, because I had a product for the promotion in my order. No problem, let's remove the promotion and issue the goods without a promotion and issue 500 points with deduction to keep within 1000 rubles, unfortunately, and here I was defeated in the struggle for placing my order :) Then I tried to figure out what the catch was, and still find a solution in placing my order. I really didn't want to go to a store or somewhere, change money to pay for an order, and even more so go to an ATM to put money on a card to pay, on Monday morning on my day off. After trying to find another operator, it happens that someone is more competent and will be able to solve the issue of placing my order, but again a fiasco, he could not even direct where to go in the situation that arose. I was looking for information on the site, where the operators claimed to me that the site had all the necessary information, they could not answer the question where exactly. I tried several times to solve the problem in placing my order, one of the operators even directly said that if her words were not enough for me on the phone, then write an appeal and they will be able to answer me and I hope to solve my question. I also ask you to consider this incident at the level of the management and disassemble it, arguing that I, as a potential buyer, are ready to pay money for my order.
