Travelling within Russia has its rules. One of them is that if you are more than 7 days in the country, you must go to the immigration offices to request a document that certifies the place where you are, especially if you are moving through the country. These documents can be required by the hotel or place of residence, although they very rarely request it. Unfortunately for me, I learned from all this after arriving at this hotel on the morning of February 23, 2020. The receptionist at the time demanded these documents from me quite rudely. Trying to strike up a conversation, so I could ask him how this procedure worked and if it was possible to solve it (I was finding out about it at the time - my fault, I know -), she erupted into fury at not speaking to him in Russian. She refused any attempt to use google translater, and only managed to say "cancel" in English. Although I made a mistake in not having learned about this requirement of the Russian legislation from foreigners, I must indicate that after having travelled more than 5 thousand kilometres to the interior of the country during February, it was the first time that these documents were required of me (having stayed in several hotels already). This receptionist simply did not like me as a foreigner and forced me to cancel the accommodation in a very unpleasant and unprofessional way, using the Russian bureaucracy in her favor to kick me out of the establishment as soon as I arrived.

Perfect place to stay close the main parc, Tram and metro station, price is affordable and personal are so nice, Tea coffee water is provided, kitchen is well equipped.

Thanks a lot to the hostel staff. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. Met and placed, all showed and told. Convenient, comfortable, in a word super. Very quiet and calm, no one makes noise, does not smoke indoors. Bed linens surprised by its cleanliness and pleasant smell. I chose this hostel because of its convenient location. Near a bus stop, shops, pharmacy.

Very clean, no odors, polite receptionist wearing a mask and gloves. Masked guests. Everyone puts on shoe covers near the door. There is a cooler with hot and cold water, refrigerator, tea, sugar, dishes. 5 combined toilet + shower - also clean and odorless. The room is minimalist, clean and completely dust free.

Lack of soundproofing and respect for neighbors (perhaps this is an isolated case), but there was no action on the part of the administration to calm down the night merry fellows.
