May 20, 2020 here (MR059 Mentor 17) at about 15.00 (without 15 minutes approximately) the column worker neglected and refueled the car incorrectly. As a result, I stood in a queue of coughing and sneezing individuals for twenty minutes, waiting for me to be served. (Check from 15:05). The column just didn't work. Calling the hotline (columnists specifically called the wrong gas station numbers to make it harder for me to explain to the operator, thanks to them) they promised me that the quality manager would call back and record. Needless to say, there was no call. Here is such a quality.
