This is the most horrible pharmacy, with the most disgusting staff of all pharmacies in Moscow! There are employees who are not only just boorish ALWAYS treat clients, but also who simply do not know the current rules and laws. I have been taking the same medicine for several years. Two years ago, it was simply dispensed in any pharmacy WITHOUT a prescription. After changing the laws, it became prescription. In all pharmacies, according to the current annual prescription, they always give me 4 packs without any problems, which I need for 2 months. (I quite often go abroad and therefore buy immediately in advance for a month). IN THE SAME pharmacy, EVERY time I go in, it comes to a scandal. First they copy the recipe (well, no question, please), and then they start checking and asking a MILLION questions. Is it valid for you? Why do you need four packages - can we give you only one? Then they go somewhere with a recipe inside. It comes to a conversation with their boss. Etc. Six months ago, the last time I visited them, they sold it after the scandal. After that, I decided that I never went to this pharmacy anymore and calmly bought without any problems in other pharmacies. Moreover, EVERYWHERE in ALL other pharmacies - and respectful attitude, and give discounts, and very, very politely, tk. the drug is expensive - 2.5 thousand per package. Moreover, all pharmacies always write in the prescription how much and when they were released, i.e. You can always check that according to this prescription they do not buy in tons, but strictly, as the doctor ordered. Today I stopped by again - a pharmacy is near the house, too lazy to drag a couple of houses to the next pharmacy. I think. I'll check it for the last time, maybe I just happened to be unlucky the last time. And EVERYTHING is the same !! - Rudeness. Questions - does your recipe work? And why do you need so much, one package will be enough for 2 weeks, etc. At the same time, the pharmacist (Kusraeva Larisa Dzhemalovna with her lips pumped up with silicone) almost immediately switched to screaming, instead of talking politely. Those. the pharmacist girl does not see that the prescription is for a year and it works? Those. she is not able to read what the doctor prescribed - for a year and what is the dosage? Those. she is not qualified enough not to understand how and what drugs can be sold. Especially if in ANY pharmacies in the city of Moscow they are sold AT ALL without even asking for a prescription! And here, and the recipe was presented, and it is valid and all the marks on it are, when and in what quantities it was released (last time - three !!! months ago). In order to buy at this pharmacy, you have to go there once every two weeks, on a schedule, and it is advisable to make a beaten begging look, and just beg that they sell something, and they will let go of the pack. At the same time, a normal person feels as if he is a criminal drug addict who buys some kind of illegal drug to secretly inject. Although we are talking about just the most common drug, which is calmly released ALL OVER Moscow without even asking for a prescription. As a result, I will NEVER go to this pharmacy NOW! Moreover, I just walked into the next house and, following this recipe, immediately without question, and gimmicks and very politely and courteously sold. At the same time, the price of four packages is more than 8 thousand rubles. Those. these idiots in Samson-Pharma are not only Hamlo and amateurs, they also simply lose profits. Do not go to this boorish pharmacy !!!
