They came to Moscow on business, sat in a car, searched the Internet for places they wanted to visit. After some time, the patrol drove up, asked for documents, having examined the passports of the Republic of Belarus and the car registration certificate, took our passports with him and ordered us to go to the department, to introduce ourselves and the reason for the request, we said in the department. After waiting 2 hours already in the department, we were invited to the office, where we were immediately asked to sign some kind of paper, when we started to read it, we pulled it out of our hands, saying: they gave you a signature, not a read. After small negotiations, they wanted to take fingerprints, to which they refused, asked to get phones, to the question for what purposes, they explained to check them. Then they put it near the ruler on the wall and photographed from all sides. Then they gave me to fill out some form indicating the data and the list at the end, the field of which they returned the passports and released. As a result, they completed it at 3 o’clock.))), I wonder how legal this is?
